IMPER COLD SYSTEMS S.R.L.

IMPER COLD SYSTEMS was founded by a team of technical specialists with extensive experience in the refrigeration industry.

Since 1981, we have been a trusted cold rooms manufacturer on both the Italian and international markets. Today, we operate multiple production sites equipped to build a wide range of cold storage systems — from modular cold rooms to complex, marine-grade refrigeration chambers.

Thanks to our design capabilities, structured production process, and experienced technical staff, we are able to respond swiftly and effectively to any customer request — solving challenges quickly and delivering bespoke cold room solutions.

Our production lines are equipped with advanced machinery that ensures maximum flexibility in manufacturing. This enables us to offer a wide product range — from compact mini cold rooms for retail use, to warehouse cold rooms and large-scale refrigerated rooms for the marine sector, fully customisable to meet each client’s requirements.

We operate two manufacturing sites.

The main facility in Staranzano (5,000 m²) is dedicated to the production of cold room panels in various configurations, suitable for supermarkets, retail stores, industrial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, laboratories, funeral homes, and the construction sector — including in-room sanitary cabins and soundproof enclosures.

The Monfalcone site (2,500 m²) focuses on the marine refrigeration sector, supplying cold rooms for ships ranging from small ferries to large cruise liners built for Fincantieri.

Our vast selection of insulated panels, available in various finishes and formats, enables us to produce cold rooms suitable for numerous hospitality and food service environments — including supermarkets, shops, commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and ice cream parlours. We also manufacture a wide array of mortuary cold rooms for funeral homes and hospitals, as well as bespoke refrigeration chambers for research laboratories, construction sites, and acoustic insulation.

We are a leading supplier of marine cold rooms installed on cruise ships at shipyards throughout Europe. We also design and manufacture cold rooms for small to medium-sized vessels, such as ferries, merchant ships, offshore platforms, and luxury yachts. Our marine-grade refrigeration systems are custom-built to meet the technical specifications required by shipowners and shipyards — including the option for a fully stainless steel interior, with rounded corners, curved skirting, and ceiling profiles, built to comply with USPHS standards for hygiene and safety. What sets us apart is our flexibility and experience, which allow us to offer full customisation in terms of sizes, layout, materials, and accessories — ensuring our solutions meet every detail of the shipyard’s design brief.

  • 1995Construction of the main headquarters in Staranzano

  • 1998The first ship is produced
